Somero Enterprises Inc. has announced the buy-back of 20,000 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 347.5 pence per share on May 22, 2024, as part of its share repurchase program initiated earlier that year. Following the transaction and the planned cancellation of the purchased shares, the company’s total issued share capital will stand at 55,086,985 Ordinary Shares with a reduced total voting rights count of 55,081,485.
