Somec S.p.A. ( (IT:SOM) ) has provided an announcement.

Somec reported 2025 revenues of €370 million, down slightly year-on-year as it deliberately shifted toward higher value-added contracts and faced FX headwinds and project delays, particularly in its Horizons division. Despite softer top-line performance, adjusted EBITDA jumped 14% to a record €34.3 million, with the margin rising to 9.3%, and net profit swung to €7.1 million from a loss, underscoring management’s focus on profitability and disciplined project selection.

The group’s cash generation was strong, with the pre-IFRS net financial position improving markedly to €13.8 million from €36.1 million, supported by more efficient working capital and a streamlined financial structure. An order backlog of €771 million, with visibility through 2033 and early 2026 wins in naval kitchens and interiors, reinforces Somec’s growth prospects and could pave the way for a resumption of dividend payments, while increased integration and synergies between divisions strengthen its competitive positioning in a volatile geopolitical environment.

The most recent analyst rating on (IT:SOM) stock is a Buy with a EUR20.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Somec S.p.A. stock, see the IT:SOM Stock Forecast page.
