Solvar Limited, a leader in automotive finance, has announced the appointment of Mr. Craig Parker as an independent Non-Executive Director starting September 18, 2024. Parker, who retired from a significant role at Westpac Banking Corporation, brings over four decades of experience, particularly in structured finance and securitisation. His appointment is expected to enhance the expertise of Solvar’s Board, especially in finance and treasury matters.
