Solvar Limited Director’s Holdings Update

Money3 Corporation Limited (AU:SVR) has released an update.

In a recent update, Solvar Limited has informed the ASX about a change in the holdings of director Scott Baldwin. As of August 30, 2024, Baldwin has seen a decrease in his direct interests, specifically the lapse of 274,538 performance rights, although he maintains an indirect interest in over 8.5 million shares and 1.24 million rights. There was no monetary transaction involved with this change in director’s interest, and it did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
