Solution Financial Inc. (TSE:SFI) has released an update.

Solution Financial Inc., a Canadian luxury automotive and yacht leasing provider, recently held its annual general meeting, where shareholders overwhelmingly supported all proposed resolutions. The meeting saw the election of seven directors and the reappointment of the company’s auditors, Davidson & Company LLP, for the upcoming fiscal year, with nearly 100% approval for each item.
