Solstice Minerals Limited has reported a change in the interests of director Michael James Emery, with the acquisition of 100,000 listed options and 100,000 fully paid ordinary shares through an on-market trade, increasing his total holdings in the company. The transactions occurred between August 6 and August 9, 2024, with a total consideration of $21,750 for the new securities. Following the change, Emery holds 2.1 million ordinary shares and 1.1 million options in the company.
