Solstice Minerals Limited has announced that Michael John Everhard Klessens ceased to be a director of the company as of June 30, 2024. Prior to his departure, Mr. Klessens held significant interests in the company, including 630,812 fully paid ordinary shares and listed as well as unlisted options totaling over 1 million, with varying expiry dates and exercise prices. These interests were held through custodial services and a family trust where Klessens served as both director and beneficiary.
