Solomon Systech (International) Ltd. has announced the expiration of its 2013 Share Option Scheme and confirmed no further options will be granted, after issuing 5.9 million options in 2023. The Remuneration Committee maintains that the share options, issued without performance targets, are competitively aligned with industry standards to incentivize Directors and senior management. Additionally, the company has outlined the annual caps for its continuing connected transactions up to 2026, with increasing values each year.
