Solocal Group has announced additional documents available for its shareholders ahead of the Combined General Meeting on June 19, 2024, detailing the financial restructuring including the contribution of Regicom shares. An independent expert has deemed the restructuring fair, vital for operations, and potentially value-preserving for shareholders. Ycor’s strategy for the combined Solocal-Regicom entity envisions significant revenue growth and improved EBITDA margins by 2027, with a planned investment of €130 million over three years.
