Solocal Group has announced a reverse share split, effective from September 23 to October 22, 2024, where shareholders will receive one new share for every one thousand existing shares held. The new shares will begin trading on Euronext Paris on October 23, 2024. Shareholders must adjust their holdings to multiples of one thousand to receive whole new shares or be compensated for fractional shares.
