Solartech International Holdings Limited has announced that litigation involving two of its directors, Mr. Chau Lai Him and Mr. Chau Chi Ho, has been dismissed by the High Court of Hong Kong. The legal action was related to a purported oral guarantee linked to an equity swap transaction from 2018.
