SolarBank Corp. has announced the development of a 7 MW community solar project in Middletown, New York, set to power over 800 homes with green energy. The project, which contributes to SolarBank’s extensive solar development pipeline now exceeding one gigawatt, will offer local residents the opportunity to save on electricity without installing panels. Eligibility for NYSERDA incentives under the NY-Sun Program is expected, along with the completion of necessary permits and financing.
