Solar Alliance Energy Inc. has announced a non-brokered private placement aiming to raise up to C$1,000,000 by offering 20,000,000 units at C$0.05 each, which includes common shares and warrants. The funds raised are intended for general corporate and working capital purposes. Additionally, the company plans to convert CAD$115,000 of internal debt into common shares to improve working capital efficiency.
