Solar Alliance Completes Final Private Placement Tranche

Solar Alliance Energy (TSE:SOLR) has released an update.

Solar Alliance Energy Inc. has successfully concluded the final tranche of its private placement, raising C$700,000 by selling 14,000,000 units at C$0.05 each. The funds are earmarked for general corporate and working capital needs, pending necessary approvals including that from the TSX Venture Exchange.
