Solar Alliance Energy Inc. successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising C$450,000 by selling 9,000,000 units at C$0.05 each. These units include common shares and warrants, potentially expanding the company’s capital if exercised. The proceeds are aimed at bolstering general corporate and working capital.
