Sojitz Corporation has announced additional investment in its subsidiary, Sojitz Energy Australia Pty Ltd (SEA), to support the liquidation process and repayment of intra-group loans by the end of the year. SEA, which completed its withdrawal from the oil and gas business in Australia, is now a specified subsidiary after the investment. The move is set to have no impact on Sojitz’s overall business performance.
