Soilbuild Construction Group Ltd has expanded its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary, Precast Concrete Pte. Ltd., by S$32.1 million to a total of S$47.1 million. This move is aimed at strengthening the subsidiary’s capital base by converting an outstanding loan into 32.1 million additional ordinary shares. The company has stated that this investment will not materially affect its earnings or net tangible assets per share for the upcoming financial year.
