Sohgo Security Services Co., Ltd. has completed its treasury stock acquisition program, purchasing a total of 1,510,500 shares for 1,573,705,550 yen between September 1 and September 17, 2024. This buyback was part of a larger Board of Directors’ resolution allowing for the acquisition of up to 17,700,000 shares, of which 15,741,100 shares have been bought back to date for a total cost close to the 15 billion yen cap.
