Sohgo Security Services Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 4,362,810 shares of its common stock for a total of 4,122,720,800 yen, conducted through market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange from August 1, 2024, to August 31, 2024. This buyback is part of a larger program approved on May 14, 2024, allowing for the purchase of up to 17,700,000 shares (3.5% of the total issued shares) with a cap of 15 billion yen by October 31, 2024. As of August 31, the company has cumulatively repurchased 14,230,610 shares at a cost of 13,426,238,600 yen.
