SoftwareOne Holding AG has announced a high acceptance rate for its voluntary purchase and exchange offer to acquire Crayon, with the company now controlling approximately 66.2% of Crayon’s shares. This acquisition, supported by significant Crayon shareholders, is expected to enhance SoftwareOne’s position as a preferred partner globally and create significant value for shareholders of both companies. The offer period has been extended until April 29, 2025, and the transaction is anticipated to be completed by June 2025, pending regulatory approvals.
