Software Circle Reports Growth Amidst Challenges

Grafenia plc (GB:SFT) has released an update.

Software Circle plc reported a year of growth with a 38% increase in sales to £16.1m and a significant improvement in operating EBITDA, which rose to £2.8m for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024. Despite challenges, including a downturn in their Nettl Systems business and exceptional costs totaling £2.4m, the company remains optimistic, expecting to achieve annualized sales of around £17m from current operations. Software Circle continues to focus on acquiring vertical market software businesses, aiming to increase annualized sales to £25m and improve EBITDA margins.
