Grafenia (GB:SFT) has released an update.
Software Circle PLC has reported a significant increase in annual revenue to £16.2 million, up from £12.5 million the previous year, with operating EBITDA rising to £2.8 million. The company successfully raised £23.1 million through additional equity and made strategic moves including the acquisition of Arc Technology Limited and the sale of the printing.com domain. As they transition towards becoming a leading serial acquirer of software companies, Software Circle also reports a substantial growth in recurring revenues and a positive shift from net debt to net cash.
