Software Circle PLC has announced the strategic acquisition of Link Maker Systems Limited for a total consideration of £4.5 million, aiming to enhance their Health and Social Care segment. The acquisition is expected to be cash flow positive and earnings enhancing in its first year, bringing Link Maker’s expertise in UK children’s adoption services into Software Circle’s portfolio. With over a decade in operation, Link Maker boasts a high percentage of recurring revenue, and the deal includes future performance-based payments.
