Software Circle Acquires Be The Brand for £3.5m

Grafenia (GB:SFT) has released an update.

Software Circle PLC has announced the acquisition of Be The Brand Experience Limited, a London-based provider of marketing compliance and digital asset management solutions, for a total of £3.5m, with the aim of enhancing earnings and cash flow. The deal includes an initial payment of £2.8m and a deferred £0.7m to be paid on the acquisition’s first anniversary. The acquisition aligns with Software Circle’s strategy of acquiring vertical market software companies and is part of a broader initiative to restructure their balance sheet and facilitate future M&A activity.
