Sodeco Valves has acquired the business assets of Vena Contracta, a specialist in industrial valves, for 1.0 M€, with the aim of complementing and expanding its own product offerings in the chemical and petrochemical industries. The deal promises to leverage synergies between the companies, with Vena Contracta’s founder, Geert Thomas, staying on board to provide expertise.
