Socionext Inc. has completed the payment for the issuance of new shares as part of a performance-based restricted stock compensation plan. A total of 41,050 new shares have been allocated to eligible Board Directors, Executive Officers, and one employee, at an issue price of 3,871 yen per share, totaling 158,904,550 yen.
