Societe Generale has successfully finalized its 2024 Global Employee Share Ownership Programme, with a significant participation of around 46,000 current and retired employees across 35 countries. This initiative resulted in a capital increase of EUR 186.9 million and the issuance of over 9 million new shares, underscoring the bank’s commitment to involve employees in its growth and allowing them to share in its long-term success.
