Snow Lake Resources ( (LITM) ) has issued an update.

On March 13, 2026, Snow Lake Resources said it will change its name to Frontier Nuclear and Minerals Inc. and adopt the new Nasdaq ticker FNUC, effective March 16, 2026, with no action required from shareholders. Management framed the rebranding as a milestone that better aligns the company with its expanded role across multiple segments of the nuclear fuel cycle, following its acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited and increased exposure to uranium exploration, enrichment technology and small modular reactors.

The company also outlined 2026 priorities that include advancing its U.S. uranium portfolio, supporting Ubaryon’s enrichment technology and backing Kadmos Energy’s SMR deployment while evaluating additional nuclear fuel cycle opportunities. As part of a broader strategic transformation into a pure-play nuclear fuel cycle business, Snow Lake plans to spin off its lithium assets into a separate, dedicated entity in the coming months, a move aimed at unlocking shareholder value and providing clearer strategic focus, though completion remains subject to regulatory and board approvals.
