Snow Lake Resources ( (LITM) ) has issued an announcement.

Snow Lake Energy, a nuclear fuel cycle company listed on Nasdaq as LITM, has completed its acquisition of Global Uranium and Enrichment Limited, and on February 17, 2026, issued a letter to shareholders outlining the transformation of its business. The deal adds one of the largest uranium resource bases in the United States, including the Pine Ridge project in Wyoming and additional interests in Colorado, and cements Snow Lake as a major player in U.S. uranium exploration and development.

Management highlighted strategic stakes in Ubaryon, which is developing uranium enrichment technology, and in Kadmos Energy, which aims to deploy small modular light water reactors using existing licensed technology. Against the backdrop of a global nuclear power resurgence and U.S. policy support for domestic fuel supply, Snow Lake set 2026 priorities around advancing its uranium projects, backing its enrichment and SMR partners, and evaluating further expansion across the nuclear fuel cycle to drive long-term shareholder value.
