SMX Public Limited Company has announced the mutual termination of their Chief Financial Officer, Ofira Bar, effective June 4, 2024. Following this change, the Board has appointed Board member Amir Bader as the interim CFO from June 7, 2024, while they initiate the search for a new permanent CFO.
