SMX Amends Stock Purchase Terms with Generating Alpha

SMX Public Limited Company (SMX) has released an update.

SMX Public Limited Company, based in Dublin, Ireland, has announced an amendment to its Stock Purchase Agreement with Generating Alpha Ltd., increasing the Maximum Put Amount from $500,000 to $833,333 and shortening the Commitment Fee period from three months to one month. The rest of the Agreement remains unchanged. These adjustments reflect the evolving financial strategies of both companies as they continue to strengthen their partnership.
