Smith & Nephew Executives Buy Shares as Pay

Smith & Nephew plc has reported the acquisition of ordinary shares by their Non-Executive Directors as part of their remuneration policy. This stock purchase, conducted on the London Stock Exchange, allows part of the directors’ annual fees to be paid in company shares, aligning their interests with those of shareholders.
