SMIT Holdings Appoints New Executive Director

SMIT Holdings (HK:2239) has released an update.

SMIT Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Ying Chen as an executive director, effective from August 2, 2024. Ms. Chen brings over 21 years of industry experience and has been with the SMIT Group since 2005, recently serving as its executive vice president. Her remuneration package includes an annual salary of approximately HK$1,177,600, with additional discretionary bonuses.
