Smartpay Holdings Limited has announced the commencement of its 2024 Annual Meeting, which is being conducted both in-person and virtually using the Computershare Online Meeting Platform. The meeting’s agenda includes a review of Smartpay’s performance over the last financial year, followed by the consideration of three resolutions, one of which involves increasing the directors’ remuneration pool to $750,000 to attract and retain competent board members and allow for the addition of at least one more director.
