SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings Limited has announced a proposal to amend its bye-laws and adopt a second restated set of bye-laws, allowing for the handling of treasury shares in compliance with new Listing Rules and aligning with Bermuda’s laws and paperless initiatives. Shareholders will vote on the changes at the annual general meeting scheduled for November 5, 2024. A detailed circular will be sent to shareholders ahead of the meeting.
