SmarTone Telecommunications Holdings has announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on November 5, 2024, where shareholders will review the previous year’s audited financials, consider a proposed final dividend of HK$0.175 per share, and vote on the re-election of directors and the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers as auditors. The AGM will also address the authorization for directors to issue additional shares and set director fees.
