Additionally, the company has scheduled its 2024 annual meeting of stockholders for September 23, with August 19 as the record date for stockholder eligibility to vote. Stockholders interested in submitting proposals or nominating director candidates have until August 5, 2024, to do so, in accordance with Securities Exchange Act regulations and universal proxy rules.
