SmartKem Conducts Exempt Equity Securities Sales

SmartKem (SMTK) has released an update to notify the public and investors about the unregistered sales of equity securities.

The Class C Warrants described are being sold exempt from registration under the Securities Act of 1933, specifically under Section 4(a)(2) and/or Rule 506(b) of Regulation D. The Common Stock that can be acquired by exercising the Class C Warrants will also be issued under these exemptions or the exemption provided by Section 3(a)(9) of the Securities Act.
