SmartCraft ASA has launched a new long-term management investment program (LTIP) to harmonize the interests of its executive management and key employees with those of its shareholders. The program involves investment by participating insiders and employees in a subsidiary through a management investment company, with share acquisitions based on a recent market valuation of NOK 4.68 billion for SmartCraft Software AS. Shares acquired under the LTIP will be subject to a three-year lock-up period.
