Smart Sand, Inc. has announced a special dividend of $0.10 per share and initiated an $10 million share repurchase program, demonstrating its commitment to returning value to shareholders. The dividend is scheduled for payment on October 28, 2024, for stockholders on record as of October 15, 2024. Additionally, the share repurchase program is set to operate over eighteen months, allowing the company to buy back shares based on market conditions and other relevant factors, with the flexibility to adjust or halt the program as needed.
