The Board has recommended a special cash dividend of approximately HK 1.14 cents per 100 existing shares, which will be adjusted to HK 22.8 cents per 100 new shares following a capital reorganization. This proposal is subject to shareholder approval at an upcoming special general meeting, and further details will be provided in a circular to shareholders.
