Smart Digital Technology Group Limited, previously known as Starlight Culture Entertainment Group Limited, has officially changed its company name, stock short names, logo, and website, with the new stock short names effective from 29 August 2024. The rebranding will not impact shareholder rights or the company’s operations and financial status. Existing share certificates will remain valid, although new shares will reflect the updated company branding.
