Smart-Core Holdings Limited announces the re-designation of Mr. Wong Tsz Leung from executive Director to non-executive Director, effective from 1 July 2024. Mr. Wong, who has a substantial stake in the company and over 20 years of management experience, will also step down from his role as the authorised representative, to be replaced by Mr. Zheng Gang. The changes come as part of the company’s ongoing management restructure.
