Smart Capital S.P.A. ( (IT:SMCAP) ) has issued an update.
Smart Capital S.p.A. reported a consolidated net profit of €8.9 million for 2025, marking triple-digit growth driven by strong portfolio company performance, advisory income, and lucrative exits from several investments, including ALA, M.G.M., Sogefi and In.Un.Up. The board approved the 2025 separate and consolidated financial statements, proposed a dividend of €0.05 per share, and highlighted a 13.2% year-on-year increase in net asset value per share to €1.99, supported by total consolidated assets of €95.1 million and shareholders’ equity of €66.2 million.
The company’s capital structure was further strengthened by a November 2025 rights issue, partially exercised and expected to be completed by March 2026, following its earlier 2024 listing on Euronext Growth Milan that raised about €9 million. With market capitalization at €48.2 million at year-end and an investor base of over 100 entrepreneurial families and institutional backers, management emphasized the resilience of its SME portfolio and reiterated its long-term, entrepreneur-focused investment strategy as a driver of future value for shareholders and for the domestic economy.
