Sleeping Giant Capital Shareholders Approve All Resolutions

Sleeping Giant Capital Corp. (TSE:SSX) has released an update.

Shareholders of Sleeping Giant Capital Corp., a TSXV listed company with non-operated oil and gas assets in Alberta, have approved all resolutions at the annual general meeting, including the election of four directors and the appointment of Deloitte LLP as auditors. The company also received full backing for its amended and restated stock option plan.
