Sleep Cycle AB’s board is assessing a public cash takeover offer from Snark BidCo AB, an Altor-controlled vehicle, to acquire all outstanding shares at SEK 24.50 per share, following a period of prior contact and limited due diligence. The board plans to publish its formal view on the bid no later than two weeks before the close of the expected acceptance window from late May to late June 2026, while one director has recused himself for conflict-of-interest reasons and SEB Corporate Finance and Mannheimer Swartling have been engaged as financial and legal advisers, respectively.
