Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. has been acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited’s subsidiary for $35.00 per common share, following a shareholder vote and final court approval. The company’s shares will be removed from the Toronto Stock Exchange and it will cease to be a reporting issuer in Canada.
