Sleep Country Canada Holdings Inc. has received final court approval for its acquisition arrangement by a Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited subsidiary, with a purchase price of $35.00 per common share. Shareholders have overwhelmingly approved the deal, which is expected to close on or about October 1, 2024, leading to the de-listing of Sleep Country from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
