SLAM Exploration Ltd. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising $490,503 by issuing over 16 million Flow Through Units at $0.03 each, including warrants. The funds will bolster exploration efforts for copper and nickel in New Brunswick, with the added benefit of a 30% Critical Mineral Exploration Tax Credit. The placement also saw the participation of two company insiders, adhering to regulatory exemptions.
