SLAM Exploration Ltd. has announced the successful first closing of a private placement, raising $90,000 through the issuance of 3.6 million flow-through units at $0.025 each. These funds will fuel the company’s exploration activities in New Brunswick, targeting gold, zinc, copper, and nickel deposits. The placement also includes the possibility of additional closings, with 2.4 million units remaining available until May 21, 2024.
